How Can Students Use Essay Services Without Feeling Like They Are Cheating?

I have always associated essay writing services with cheating, but this semester at NYU has been brutal. I’m taking five classes, interning full-time, and trying to keep up with all deadlines. I’m honestly wondering if it’s possible to use these services in a way that doesn’t compromise my education or my ethics. Can they actually teach you something or just do the work for you? Has anyone found a service that really helped them understand their material better, rather than just giving them a paper to submit?
