What’s the healthiest way to cope with exam pressure?

This semester has been one of the hardest I’ve ever faced, with assignments, work, and personal commitments all happening at once. Sometimes the stress makes me feel like i need someone to take my exam, even though I know that’s not the right path to follow. I’m curious how others handle this kind of pressure. Do you rely on time management tricks, study groups, or relaxation techniques? Honest experiences and suggestions would really mean a lot right now.
