Clarification on Required Supporting Documents for Corporate Delivery Accounts

Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of setting up a corporate delivery account on GoGoX for our logistics needs in Singapore. I’ve gone through the documentation section, but I’m still a bit unclear on what specific supporting documents are required for verification.

Do I need to submit both the ACRA business profile and director’s NRIC/FIN? Also, is there a particular format or naming convention for uploading these documents to avoid delays?

If anyone here has recently set up a corporate account, I’d really appreciate some guidance or tips based on your experience.
