Hi everyone,

I’ve been doing some research lately and got curious: what companies are in the consumer services field today, and how broad is this category really?

From what I understand, consumer services include businesses that provide intangible goods to individuals think hospitality, retail, health, entertainment, personal care, and more. But I’d love to get a clearer picture and maybe crowdsource some examples.

Some companies I believe fall into this category:

Netflix (entertainment)

Hilton Hotels (hospitality)

Great Clips (personal care)

DoorDash (food delivery)

Can we compile a more detailed list by category? Also curious how tech-driven platforms and gig economy services fit into this space.
