How to improve my workspace

Hi! I have been thinking more and more about how to improve my workspace lately. I spend a lot of time at the computer and sometimes I start to feel tired and have back pain. Recently I came across information about ProgressiveDesk and their height adjustable desks, which offer more comfort and help to avoid posture problems. Has anyone tried these desks? Do they really help improve well-being and productivity in the long run? I am interested in your opinion!
