Using Gogox API

Hello, I would like to understand how to use Gogox's services.
When a consumer places an order through our platform, we automatically generate the order using the Gogox API and set up a pickup service with Gogox.
How does one plan to interact with the client?
Are you planning to notify the client via email of the order's confirmation and any additional updates leading up to the delivery day?
